It's been three years now to AT&T has been
exclusively holding iPhone in US but it looks like Apple's finally going to announce Verizon iPhone. Apple is reportedly holding an event in early 2011 for
Verizon iPhone launch. According to an interesting
report from
Business Week the announcement may not happen at CES 2011 instead, by or before Valentines Day (February 14th, 2011).
Business Week reports:
Apple’s introduction of an iPhone for use on Verizon’s network will come sometime after the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in early January, according to a person familiar with Apple’s plans who is not authorized to discuss them publicly.
There's no further information in the report, but Verizon was rumored to launch iPhone in early 2011 back in March.
